Bu \u00f6zellikle Marmara Depreminden sonra ki\u015filerde g\u00f6zlendi\u011fi bilinmektedir.<\/p>\n<p>Peki kim bu ki\u015filer?<\/p>\n<p>Bilim insanlar\u0131n\u0131n g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f\u00fcne g\u00f6re, en \u00f6nemli kavram \u201c\u00d6zdayan\u0131kl\u0131l\u0131k\u201d oldu\u011fu \u00fczerinde durmaktad\u0131rlar.<\/p>\n<p>Bu kavram\u0131n en \u00f6nemli unsurlar\u0131 ki\u015finin iyile\u015fme, direnme ve yeniden yap\u0131lanma g\u00fcc\u00fc olarak tespit etmi\u015flerdir. Travma sonras\u0131 yeniden yap\u0131lanmay\u0131 yapamayanlar ise, yukar\u0131da say\u0131lan ruhsal bozukluk bulgular\u0131 ile kar\u015f\u0131la\u015fabileceklerdir.<\/p>\n<p>Yap\u0131lanmay\u0131 yapabilenler ise, travma sonras\u0131 ruhsal bozukluk ya\u015famadan k\u0131sa s\u00fcrede yeni normlara adapte olabileceklerdir.<\/p>\n<p>Adapte olacak ki\u015filerde genel olarak \u015fu ki\u015filik yap\u0131s\u0131 \u00f6ne \u00e7\u0131kmaktad\u0131r; d\u0131\u015fa d\u00f6n\u00fck, yeni deneyimlere ac\u0131k, uzla\u015fmac\u0131 ve d\u00fcr\u00fcst olduklar\u0131d\u0131r. Bu ki\u015filer pozitif ki\u015filerdir. D\u00fcnya iyi bir yerdir, insanlar iyidir varsay\u0131m\u0131na sahiptirler.
